World no. 1, Lee Chong Wei retained his All-England singles title on Sunday when he defeated his nemesis Lin DanLin Dan 21-17, 21-17 in 52 minutes. When he won the final point, Lee slumped to his knees in joy.
It wasn't only because he had won the All-England title a second time. This was the first time Lee had beaten the Chinese to win a major competition. Lin Dan still leads 18-7 in terms of wins against the Malaysian.
